- 1 pound skirt steak grilled and sliced
- 1/2 cup shaved red onion
- 4 hard boiled eggs quartered
- 6 strips thick cut bacon crumbled
- 2 vine ripe tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 6 cups chopped romaine
For the Steak
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper
Instructions

In bowl, toss lettuce with your favorite vinaigrette, season with salt and pepper. Fill bowls with lettuce. Arrange ingredients across salad.
For the Steak

Marinate ingredients for 4 hours.

Season with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness.
