If you like pumpkin spice lattes, you are going to LOVE this Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail! It has everything from sweet pumpkin spice, to a hint of coffee, rich cream, and booze. The best part is that it is only 3 ingredients.
What does fall mean to you? Is it pumpkin patches, raking leaves, or trick or treating? Do you look forward to the cooler weather, celebrating holidays with family, or fall festivals at school?
All of those are dandy, but it probably won’t surprise you to know that what I look most forward to about fall is the FOOD. I wholeheartedly embrace pumpkin and gingerbread flavor everywhere, which peaks on the greatest culinary day of the year: Thanksgiving! Then, we’re ready to switch to eggnog and peppermint flavors to get in the winter holiday spirit. You know who is great at celebrating seasonal flavors? Coffee-Mate! I don’t know about you, but I stalk the dairy section of the grocery store this time of year in anticipation of Pumpkin Spice and Eggnog Latte Coffee-Mate flavors. I’m usually a daily hazelnut kind of girl, occasionally switching it up with irish cream for some variety, but come September I stock up on the seasonal flavors while I can!
Why I Love This Pumpkin Spice White Russian Recipe
You are going to love this Pumpkin Spice White Russian just as much as I do! I love the pumpkin flavor, that it is dairy free, and how easy it is to make. Because this recipe uses pumpkin spice coffee creamer as the base, it is much easier than many other versions that require making pumpkin spice syrup. It is also easy to adjust this recipe to your taste by adding a little half and half if you want it to be a little less sweet and less strong. You can also add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie seasoning or a pinch of nutmeg on top of your cocktail or add a cinnamon stick for some extra spice flavor.
Ingredients in Pumpkin Spice White Russian Cocktail
As you know, this recipe has only three ingredients, making it a quick, and simple cocktail option.
Coffee liqueur such as Kahlua or Mr. Black
Vodka – whichever brand you prefer is fine
Pumpkin spice coffee creamer – I use Coffee-Mate’s dairy free version but you can use any pumpkin spice creamer, with or without dairy. Trader Joe’s also has a great version.
How to make a pumpkin spice White Russian
Are you ready to see how easy it is to make this cocktail? It only takes two steps:
Pour all ingredients in a short glass or rocks glass with ice
Stir until ingredients are combined
You can also enjoy this cocktail as a warm pumpkin spice coffee cocktail. Simply fill a coffee mug with 6oz of very hot coffee and then add the 1oz of vodka, Kahlua, and pumpkin spice coffee creamer, stir and enjoy.

I made something similar. They also have pumpkin spice flavored kahula, and I used whipped cream flavored vodka. So yummy!
