  • 1 cup finely diced onion;

  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced leek;
  • 1 cup diced red pepper;
  • 1 cup peeled and diced russet potatoes;
  • 1/2 cup sweet canned corn;
  • 10 ounces of canned tomato sauce;
  • 2 cups of cubed chicken breast without skin;
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fesh parsley;
  • additional salt and pepper to taste.

Step-by-Step Recipe

Now that you know what you need to prepare the chicken vegetable soup, here is what you’ll need to do:

  1. Pour the oil into a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and let it cook for 3 minutes.
