Which of these Amazing Coconut Recipes will you try first?
Two big days are coming up: Cinco de Mayo and Mother’s Day. These are both fun holidays that I’m looking forward to, and like a good blogger, I should dedicate this week’s recipe roundup to one of them. The problem is, every good blogger has already done that! Do you really want to see another Mexican or brunch roundup this week, or do you want to see something different?
I’m hoping you answered “something different” or else you’re about to be sorely disappointed. Since I’m always behind (or ahead of?) the times, I’ll bring you Mexican food in a few weeks when you least expect it! Today, let’s talk about something completely different: Coconut.

I happened onto this post looking for something completely different, discovered the list of coconut recipes (I’ve been on a coconut kick this past week!) and THEN saw you’re DSLR giveaway — now, if you had any idea at all how much I need that camera, you’d just call the whole thing off and have it shipped immediately to me same-day delivery! :D
I wish we could give away 50 cameras, Jean! Thanks so much for your visit and entering :)
Thank you so much for giving your followers this opportunity! I would be so grateful if I won this camera and intend to start an YouTube-based tutoring service for students in publics schools here in Botswana!
Once again, thank you!

Good call on not doing what everyone else is doing. But just the same, happy cinco de mayo. Betting there’s a margarita or two in your future :-D
Hi, Liz! It’s easy to make “varied” collections when you’re scatterbrained like me ;) I’ll have you know that I just had a margarita tonight. April 30th is close enough.
