Hey you guys! So, so sorry that this week’s menu is a bit late, but I’ve been busy with the kids. Those constant arguments aren’t going to resolve themselves, you know? I actually DO try to let them work out their bickering on their own, but it’s hard to turn a deaf ear and tune out the tattling, yelling, and crying. My boys really are best friends in a lot of ways, but after about eight weeks of being together 24/7, I think we’re all getting on each other’s nerves at this point.
It’s so perfect the way summer break works. By the end of the school year, parents and kids are dying for a break from the schedule, structure, and demands of the school schedule. Then, by the last few weeks of summer, we’re all eager for school to start again because we’re bored and frazzled from so much unscheduled time!
