Hello there! Are you excited that it’s a 3-day weekend (unless you are one of the many people who have to work this weekend, in which case I’m sorry I asked)? We’re headed to the country to hide out in the peace and quiet of the mountains. I hope it’s peaceful and quiet at least. I keep reading that it’s rattlesnake season, and our house is basically in the wilderness. Maybe we’ll do a lot of jigsaw puzzles and enjoy the wilderness through the window. Yikes!!

One thing we’ll for sure be doing is eating well. I’m sure you’re looking forward to some good meals too, so I want to share seven dinner ideas with you for your meal planning pleasure! Be sure to leave me a comment to let me know which ones you’d like to try. I love hearing from you!
