The moment you have been waiting for has arrived: I made a recipe with chocolate Silk® Nutchello™! You might not have realized that you were waiting for this moment, but when you taste this vegan drink, you’ll wonder where chocolate mudslides have been all your life. I am crazy about this rich Chocolate Walnut Silk® Nutchello™ on its own. It’s like a glass of chocolate milk without as much guilt as real chocolate milk. Add in vodka and coffee liqueur, and you’ve got something really special.

Use Chocolate Walnut Nutchello for a quick, easy, delicious chocolate mudslide cocktail!

I’m actually pretty sad to say that this is my last post in my ambassadorship for Silk® Nutchello™. I have fallen in love with this stuff! I guess I can still love it as much even if I’m not officially singing its praises, but when I find a new product to love as much as this one, I want to keep telling you about it! If you haven’t tried it yet on its own, in a smoothie, or in rice pudding, I hope this mudslide recipe will give you a nudge to pick up a bottle. You can get a coupon over at the Silk website.

Now, let’s talk about this chocolate dessert cocktail. It is SO GOOD! It’s like a mudslide but with chocolate Nutchello™ instead of Irish cream. Mudslides can be shaken with ice like this one, or you can add ice cream to make them like a shake. OR, you could even make this recipe as written, freeze it, and make adult popsicles!

Enjoy this dairy free chocolate mudslide for a dessert cocktail.

For me, I’m happy to just shake this up and drink it right away. It’s so easy that way, and I don’t have to wait for anything to freeze or blend. Ain’t nobody got time for that when you just want to sip a dessert cocktail at the end of the night. Whether you treat yourself to rich, delicious Silk® Nutchello™ in a cocktail or just on its own, I hope you enjoy it. Cheers!
