This Strawberry Salad is packed with healthy ingredients. Strawberries were first grown in Europe in the eighteenth century. It’s a light, sweet, and tangy crowd-pleaser that’s appropriate for any occasion. A fruit dish is generally referred to as fruit salad. Typically, this meal is made up of various fruits that are either served alone or paired with various sweet liquids and table cream. All people enjoy fluff! The Fourth of July is quickly approaching, and if you want to make something easy and quick, try the red, white, and blue color that are popular on the occasion. Additionally, this lovely red, white, and blue variant is a delicious addition to your fluff mix.

Fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a creamy white chocolate pudding foundation give the fluff its stunning red, white, and blue color scheme. But this combo is also making the vibrant and delicious salad. This salad is bursting with flavor, and seasonal and fresh fruits increase the taste and are beneficial for health. This is the ideal treat.

Everyone adores Fluff’s delicious flavor, fresh berries, and stunning color scheme, simple and quick to prepare. It is incredibly delicious and served with fresh fruits. This yummy and creamy salad is perfect for summer picnics, barbecues, and potlucks. It makes a great side dish for any backyard BBQ. The main items like burgers or pork sandwiches are balanced by their fluffy texture and sweet flavor. For hot summer occasions, chilled salads are always a great addition, and this is the best-tasting side salad.

Fluff Salad Loaded With Fresh Berries

Am I the only one who looks for an excuse to eat Cool Whip? I love that fluffy stuff! It’s no surprise that I’m crazy about this fluff salad loaded with fresh berries. The kids especially adored this fun recipe, but I also couldn’t keep my spoon away from it.

Red white and blue fluff salad is just right for July 4th celebrations!

To keep my berries fresh until I was ready to stir them into this fluff salad, I stored them in my Rubbermaid® Freshworks™ containers. These things are perfect for delicate summer berries, and they can keep them fresh 80% longer than store packaging. They have a vent in the lid to promote airflow and a tray at the bottom to keep the berries away from moisture. I especially like them for my farmer’s market berries that come in no container at all!

Ingredients of Fluff Salad

Red White & Blue Fluff Ingredients

To make a bowl of this delectable Red, White, and Blue Fluff, just 6 ingredients are required. What you’ll need for each color part of the fluff is listed below:

Cream Cheese- Before combining, makes sure the cream cheese is soft. if cheese isn’t soft used pieces instead of a smooth cream cheese filling

Mini marshmallows- Its suggestion does not to use full-size marshmallows because they greatly change the Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Salad’s consistency. White chocolate instant pudding mix, milk, Cool Whip, and miniature marshmallows are the ingredients that go into the creamy, white base of the fluff.

Strawberries – The combination of Fresh berries is best because frozen barriers make it soggy. The red strawberries make it super delicious and create the red component. For this dish, stick with fresh strawberries rather than using frozen berries. Too much liquid from frozen berries inhibits the fluff from maintaining its delicate quality.

Blueberries – avoid frozen; otherwise, the salad will be watery. Stick with fresh blueberries in this recipe instead of using frozen berries, just like you did with the strawberries. This berry from the summer is a great option for a nutritious snack because it is loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. Additionally, it can be utilized to infuse both savory and sweet dishes with a surprising flavor.

Keep your berries fresh for fluff salad in Rubbermaid Freshworks containers.

Why Do You Love This Fluff Salad Recipe?

Easy to make – It only takes a little amount of chopping, whisking, and stirring, as well as 10 minutes of hands-on time, to mix up a bowl of lovely Red, White, and Blue Fluff. It really couldn’t be easier to make this tiny treat.

No-bake – This incredibly simple fluff can be made without using the oven or even the stove. Simply combine the ingredients, and then chill them to set.

Loaded with flavor – White chocolate pudding, fresh strawberries, and fresh blueberries make up The Fluff’s delectable mixture, which is packed with taste.

Beautiful red, white, & blue – The fluff’s stunning red, white, and blue color scheme is made out of a base of creamy strawberries and blueberries.

Do you know what I love about this recipe? It’s called fluff salad, so I feel like I can eat it any time. I shouldn’t wait for dessert to eat a salad, right? I also love that it needs no cooking at all. The most time-consuming part is chopping your strawberries, which only takes a few minutes. After that, you need to stir everything together, and you’re done. Watch!

How to Make Fluff Salad?

I was going to use vanilla pudding in this recipe, and you totally can, but I found white chocolate pudding and tried that instead. The overall taste wasn’t chocolatey, but it did add a bit of richness to the flavor. The mini marshmallows add a fun texture, but you could opt to leave them out if you want to cut down on the sweetness. I’m sure you’ll love it either way. Be sure to let me know in the comments how you like it!

Food Safety Recommendations

Refrigeration: Chilling this Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Salad is simple. In fact, that approach tastes better. Simply make an effort to prepare the cream filling in advance and combine it with the fruit just before serving. If not, the salad could get a little soggy and mushy.

Freezer: do not freeze it because it gets soggy. In summer, use fresh fruits. It will take only 10 minutes, making it a super tasty and delicious salad.

Room Temperature: This dish can be served at room temperature for up to 2 hours. If it stays longer, it will form bacteria, which are harmful to health after that waste immediately.

Is it better to let it sit in the fridge for awhile or make then serve right away?
