25 Blueberry Recipes You Will Love!

Make your tastebuds happy with these 25 delicious Blueberry Recipes just right for Summer!

Make your tastebuds happy with these 25 blueberry recipes. They are all irresistible!

I have to be honest and tell you that I’m not a big fruit lover. I do have my favorites like peaches, watermelon, and strawberries, but I rarely grab a piece of fruit for a snack. I like to have fruit with breakfast or on a cheese plate, but I generally don’t crave the fruity flavor. The only exception is with blueberries. I don’t know if it’s their sweet taste or how easy they are to grab by the handful, but I can easily eat a pint of them by myself if I’m not paying attention.

I also love blueberry fillings in things like king cakes or danishes, and I’m in heaven if my cheesecake is drizzled with fresh blueberry sauce. Blueberries are surely my favorite summer fruit, which is why I was excited to pull together this list of blueberry recipes! I couldn’t possibly choose a favorite because there are so many delicious salads, desserts, and breakfasts in this lineup. Which one will you try first?

I love them too, Kacey! I think the season is winding down here, so I need to go get more while I still can (at a reasonable price)!

Can’t say I’m with you about the fruit. I would happily eat fruit all the time and hardly any that I don’t like but your timing with the blueberries is perfect. My own plants are starting to gear up and I can’t wait to harvest my own berries and try a few new recipes (maybe just a FEW here you mentioned. LOL) Thanks for sharing these and your great timing. Always fun to get the newsletter and see what’s exciting in the baking world! Thanks, Andi!

Thank you, Linda! You must live on a nice piece of land to have such a large garden. I need to come over to your place with some baskets for picking ;) I bet homegrown fruit tastes even better than the store bought produce I usually get. Thanks so much for your nice message. I hope you are having a good weekend!
