Hello, you lovely readers. I’m so glad you are here. Have you had a good week? Mine was sometimes crazy busy but still good. You may know that it was teacher appreciation week, and both of my kids’ schools had potlucks for the teachers. One day I brought a couscous salad that I’ll share with you on Monday, and yesterday I brought stovetop mac and cheese. I chose Alton’s version instead of one of my recipes because I think it stands up well to sitting out and reheating. (That one was a carry-out dinner sort of set up.)
I also did plenty of cooking for our own family, and this week you have THREE new dinner recipes instead of two. I also have some tasty stuff headed your way for next week including chicken salad wraps and quesadillas. In case you missed it, last week I introduced free grocery coupons to go along with the dinner menu recipes, and several of you told me that you like this new feature. I’m glad it was a hit, and I’ll continue to add good coupons as I find them. FYI, you’ll have to install the Coupons.com program to print your coupons the first time, but then it will be ready to go after that. Another FYI, I have to tell you that I earn a small commission when you print these coupons.
