Hi there! How is your weekend going so far? Mine is off to a fair start. I took the boys to a trial class of jiu jitsu this morning, except the older kid decided he was too nervous to actually try it once we got there. The younger kid did try it and seemed to enjoy it. I was ready to sign him up, but when he was done he said he didn’t want to go back. So much for that!
Then we got lunch from In-n-Out, which is a very popular west coast burger place if you don’t know about it. So good. Things were definitely looking up after that lunch, except now I’ve moved on to dreading the preschool auction I’m supposed to go to this evening. I have the hardest time dragging myself to social events. I’d rather just stay home in almost all cases. There will be food and drinks served, so it has that going for it, but I have food and drinks at home. I’m planning to just make an appearance, sign up for a couple things, and split. Or, I might flake like I usually do in these cases and not go at all. The verdict is still out. What are you doing tonight?
