This week’s menu features seven one-pot recipes to make dinnertime extra easy! Don’t miss Cajun Jambalaya, Mediterranean Pasta, Asian Noodle Soup, Cabbage Roll Casserole, and lots more easy dinner ideas!
Hello. It’s Friday, and I’m happy to have made it through this week. I told you last Friday about my husband’s jaw surgery. Let me tell you something: Having your jaws banded shut is not awesome, and this is only coming from me, the observer. I’m sure Matt could tell you a lot more about how not great it is. Fortunately, they are releasing him from this special kind of torture early, so we’re going in this morning to have the bands removed! He may never want to drink out of a straw again after this.
This week, I’m bringing you all one-pot recipes because sometimes that’s all you can handle, am I right? What’s that? Did you say you only see one new recipe in the list this week? Um, hey look! A dancing chihuahua! The truth is, because I wasn’t having enough of a bad time this week, my brand spanking new laptop died on Monday, and they had to send it in for repair. I have my old one to limp along with until I get it back, but it is so painfully slow that I couldn’t manage to edit photos and write a recipe for yesterday. That super easy and also one-pot dinner will be coming at you on Tuesday! Now, let’s get to some easy one-pot recipes!
- One-Pot Mediterranean Pasta (brand new and uses almost all pantry ingredients!)
- One-Pot Chicken Burrito Bowls
- Asian Noodle Soup with Shrimp
- Cabbage Roll Casserole
- Cheesy Skillet Pasta with Meatballs and Broccoli
- Easy Cajun Jambalaya
- Creamy Pesto Chicken Soup
